We have a standard house cleaning checklist which is, of course, completely customizable to your needs. DUSTING

  • Empty All Trash, Recycle and Shredded Material. Put In Outside Bins. .
  • Make Beds. Change Linens If Clean Sheets Are Provided
  • Brush Down Cobwebs As Needed
  • Wipe Down Baseboards As Needed
  • Dust Ceiling Fans As Needed.
  • Dust Blinds and Shutters As Needed.
  • Clean All Glass and Mirrors Within Reach
  • Vacuum Furniture As Needed
  • Shake Out Small Mats, Vacuum Large Mats and Wipe Down Plastic Mats
  • Dust All Objects & Surfaces Including Under And Behind All Objects
  • Wipe Tops, Sides And Backs Of All Televisions And Computer Monitors (Do Not Touch Screens)
  • Clean Switch Plates and Outlets
  • Polish all Stainless Steel Items
  • Wipe Down Stair Railings
  • Light Straightening
  • Wipe Down Inside and Outside of All Trash Cans
  • Wipe Down Doors and Door Frames
  • Wipe Down Window Sills
  • Wipe Down Laundry Room And Wash Sink
  • Vacuum All Carpets (Move Easily Movable Objects To Vacuum Underneath)
  • Vacuum & Mop All Hard Floors (Move Easily Movable Objects To Vacuum Underneath)

BATHROOMS

  • Shake Out Bath Mats
  • Wipe Down Light Bulbs and Fixtures
  • Scrub Sinks And Countertops
  • Scrub Showers and Bathtubs Removing Lime Scale, Soap Scum and Hard Water Deposits as Needed
  • Clean and Dry Glass Doors, Fixtures & Floor Inside the Shower & Tub
  • Clean & Dry Shower Door Tracks
  • Wipe Down Outside Glass Doors and Exterior (Incuding Base) of Showers & Tubs
  • Wipe Down Mirrors
  • Wipe Down All Items on Counters
  • Scrub Toilets and Wipe Down Exterior, Base & Floor Behind The Toilet
  • Wipe Down Cabinets
  • Wipe Down Doors and Door Frames
  • Clean Switch Plates and Outlets
  • Check Blinds – If Dusty Wipe Down
  • Wipe Down Window Sills
  • Straighten Towels
  • Clean Baseboards and Chair Rails
  • Dust All Decorative Items
  • Wipe Down All Wall Fixtures (Toilet Paper Holder, Towel Racks, Pictures, Vanities)
  • Polish all Stainless Steel Items
  • Clean Inside and Outside of Trash Cans. Reline as necessary.
  • Wipe Down Outside of Toilet Brush Holders
  • Vacuum & Mop Floors (Replace Bath Mats When Done)

KITCHEN

  • Wash Out Mops And Make Mop Water
  • Wash Out Mops And Make Mop Water
  • Shake Out Small Mats, Vacuum Large Mats and Wipe Down Plastic Mats
  • Empty Coffee Pot and Grinds From Filter. Wash and Replace.
  • Check Blinds – If Dusty Wipe Down

  • Scrub Counters
  • Empty Crumb Tray From Toaster Oven
  • Scrub And Dry Inside and Outside of Microwave
  • Clean Stovetop
  • Remove All Pieces To Hand Wash
  • Clean Hood
  • Clean Front Of Oven Including Top and Sides of Oven Doors
  • Remove Buttons To Hand Wash
  • Wipe Down All Appliances Including Top and Sides Of All Doors
  • Polish All Stainless Steel Appliances Including Hood Of Stove
  • Clean Switch Plates and Outlets
  • Clean Top of Refrigerator
  • Wipe Down Cabinets and Shelves
  • Wipe Down Light Bulbs and Fixtures
  • Clean Baseboards As Needed
  • Wipe Down All Items on Counters
  • Clean Kitchen Table And Chairs Including Base
  • Put Dishes, Cups and Utensils Into The Dishwasher. Hand Wash Large Items.
  • Clean Inside and Outside of Trash Cans. Reline with New Trash Bag.
  • Scrub and Dry Sinks and Fixtures
  • Vacuum & Mop Floors (Replace Mats When Done)
